Impact is very thorough, accommodating, and friendly; they went through one of our semi tractors for an ABS-computer problem that no one else could figure out and always gave friendly updates on their progress. I was very happy with the service I got here. Everyone was nice. The mechanics knew what they were talking about and were very knowledgeable. The owner of the shop deserves a shout too. He was straight forward and honest with me. Told me what he suggested that I did. I did it and couldn't be any happier about that decision. We broke down on our way to vacation in Tennessee and they took us right in. They were very accommodating and honest with us and they even let us set up camp in their parking lot over night until they could look at our truck in the morning. Such awesome people!
